Customers Seem to Say: NOT GOOD
![]()
Does Dual Action Cleanse® work effectively, or is it just a cheap product with effective, aggressive marketing? The only thing we can say for sure is that there seem to be a LOT of dissatisfied customers.
Dual Action Cleanse is a formula that claims to work miracles for overall health with its ability to “maximize one’s elimination without causing loose stools … while assisting in cleansing the vital organs and lymphatic system”.
In theory, Dual Action Cleanse sounds like a winner – but upon reviewing customer complaints online, it appears to be just part of an on-going scam that preys upon the public’s increasing awareness of the need for colon cleansing.
When you've had enough, please read my review on a cleanse that will actually help you achieve the results you are looking for.

Let’s first examine the creator of Dual Action Cleanse, Klee Irwin. Irwin has been pushing his health supplements for many years, despite warnings from the Food and Drug Administration.
As recently as 2001, Irwin was operating as Omni Neutraceuticals and was warned by the FDA to cease marketing efforts for his dual action joint pain remedy, Inholtra. The FDA was concerned that Irwin was misbranding his herbal /acetaminophen blend and also failed to give appropriate directions for use and adequate warnings about the ingredients in his concoction.
As you might imagine, Irwin escaped the stigma of the scandal by marketing his products under a new name, Irwin Naturals, including Dual Action Cleanse. Irwin claims that Dual Action Cleanse will eliminate or alleviate not only ailments of the colon, but also sinus difficulties, allergies, acne, skin rashes, depression, stiff joints, headaches, poor memory, decreased ability to concentrate, poor circulation, premature aging, and colds – all the while allowing you to instantly shed weight.

- Irwin claims that Dual Action Cleanse "is formulated to maximize one's elimination without causing loose stools or uncomfortable cramping via frequent healthy bowel movements while assisting in cleansing the vital organs and lymphatic system." But does it really work? The real truth: laxative ingredients and fiber work to soften the stool and increase the bulk of the bowel movement. The ingredients in Dual Action Cleanse have no ability whatsoever to “cleanse” vital organs or the lymphatic system – that’s an obvious deception (but it sounds good and it helps sell the product).
- Dual Action Cleanse consists of two products. One step of the product is called the Total Body Purifier. Irwin claims that it will "support all your body’s organs, including filtering organs that keep you toxin free, like the liver and kidneys." Another deception. There is no herb or combination of herbs that “supports all body organs”.
- The other product in the two-product combination of Dual Action Cleanse is dubbed Colon Clear Formula, and Irwin claims that it will "Unclog your colon to stay light, clean and toxin free inside." Intestinal obstruction is the medical term for a clogged colon – and would be a dire enough condition that immediate medical attention would be required. Applying this drama to the advertisements for Dual Action Cleanse is a marketing trick that “creates a need” for the product through urgency or fear.
Dual Action Cleanse has also been the source of over 800 complaints to the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau because they allegedly overcharged customers, failed to issue refunds to customer’s credit cards, and made unauthorized charges to customer’s credit cards.
