CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.
Hello, is there anybody who can give me advice about herbal supplements.
I have been eating healthily for a while and exercise regularly and I was wondering if there is any natural supplements that can compliment my weight loss. Please don't send any media spoon fed bull!

First....welcome to the boards
What is your definition of eating healthy? Could you give a sample day of your diet (Broken down in P/C/F)? What does your exercise program look like?
What type of lifestyle do you have? Do you move around a lot or sit at a desk 8 hours per day?
Do you have any health issues?
There are a ton of herbal ingredients you can take. Some inhibit hunger, others are thermogenic and will make your body heat up and burn calories, yet others are stimulants and will make you want to do everything all at once.
Can you be more sepcific, or were you looking for something that does all of these things?
I'd highly recommend drinking green tea regularly.
This is the only natural and really safe herbal supplement I've found that really works for weight loss. It increases energy throughout the the day and also metabolism.
I am curious what happened to the original poster? Many great questions were asked by forum members that I think would be very useful in supplying the best-available advice to him/her.
I think ginseng tea can enhance male sexual urge but it’s not an energy drink. Ginseng is being given mostly to old men who have lessened their sexual urge.
I don’t really believe on those things that enhances sexual urge for men even Viagra. What we need to do is live a healthy lifestyle and drink more water, since this is the natural way on detoxifying.
You’re maybe off the topic now. To achieve losing weight you need to get a suitable diet program to you and drink supplement that will suppress your appetite.

in today's world there is very large percentage of people who are disturbed because of there over weight and all they are thinking that only diet is responsible for that. but they don't know that as well as diet our way of living also effect our fitness. if you will only control your daily diet then you can not be fit. you will also need to do some exercise for that. and i think yoga is the best option for that. yoga retreat is the way by which we can help our body internally and externally to work systematically. yoga is has been used for so many years ago and still it is so effective.
Weight loss, in the context of medicine, health or physical fitness, is a reduction of the total body mass, due to a mean loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue and/or lean mass, namely bone mineral deposits, muscle, tendon and other connective tissue. It can occur unintentionally due to an underlying disease or can arise from a conscious effort to improve an actual or perceived overweight or obese state.
weight loss.... you need a good diet plan for your weight loss purpose..... Good diet plan and exercise is the best combination for loosing weight....
I personally experienced Green tea is very good supplement for weight loss..... One of my friends recommends pineapple juice to lose weight... you can try that.........
Intentional weight loss refers to the loss of total body mass in an effort to improve fitness and health, and to change appearance.
Therapeutic weight loss, in individuals who are overweight or obese, can decrease the likelihood of developing diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, osteoarthritis, and certain types of cancer.Attention to diet in particular can be extremely beneficial in reducing the impact of diabetes and other health risks of an overweight or obese individual.Weight loss occurs when an individual is in a state of negative energy balance. When the body is consuming more energy in work and metabolism than it is gaining from food or other nutritional supplements it will use stored reserves from fat or muscle, gradually leading to weight loss.It is not uncommon for some people who are currently at their ideal body weight to seek additional weight loss in order to improve athletic performance, and/or meet required weight classification for participation in a sport. However, others may be driven by achieving a more attractive body image. Consequently, being underweight is associated with health risks such as difficulty fighting off infection, osteoporosis, decreased muscle strength, trouble regulating body temperature and even increased risk of death.
Chart out a diet plan with an expert dietitian and stick to it. Generally a low-carb, low-fat diet is said to be effective in weight loss. Drink plenty of water and fresh juices if there is a frequent urge for snacks and junk foods.
