As per research studies, half a litre of water per day is lost through breathing.

wow, thats a lot. How much water does one lose overall then, I mean through urine and excretion?

Actually water loss through breathing is an example of insensible water loss by the body, meaning it really does not affect fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. So even if it's half a liter, there's nothing to worry about, unless you're hyperventilating or something. smile
