I've just started water jogging a few days back. It's running while in water. This is a good exercise that doesn't give your body the impact of running. Basically, you simulate running in two or three different speeds while in the water. That's what I do.

I feel great after doing it for a couple of days. I hope I will see results in my body.

I'll have to give this one a shot! I think it's cool that you get the resistance of the water without having to get all hot and sweaty, too. Sounds a lot more refreshing than running in 100-degree weather!

You actually don't do a lot of swimming; more like using the resistance of the water to do thinks like lunges, slow walks, using foam dumbbells for resistance, etc. Kicks your butt, from what I've heard.

I have seen athletes doing this therapy. It helps them to recuperate from their injury so that it could strengthen the injured part of their body

This is the first activity they have to encounter before they could return and play their sports. It helps them move without any tension on the injured part of their body.
