it's more common within females, just take some iron supplements in the morning and you're good to go.

Its a condition whre your red blood cells are reduced due to lack of iron in your food, or poor absorption of iron by your body or when there is loss of blood. It is seen in women and pregnant women in addition to growing children.
symptoms include weakness, fatigue, pale skin color, brittle nails, a feeling of wanting to eat non food items like paper etc, regular headaches, decreased appetite etc.
You do need a blood test to confirm Iron Deficiency Anemia.
Oral supplementary iron as well as vitamin C should be taken regularly. In addition, iron rich foods like spinach, liver, egg yolk, legumes etc need to be a part of the daily diet. Also choose flour, bread and cereals that are fortified with Iron.

You can check for anemia by looking at the inside at the bottom of your eyeball. It should be a fleshy pink color, if it is pale, this could mean you have anemia.

Iron Deficiency Anemia occurs when there is insufficient iron in the body either due to blood loss owing to injury or not getting enough iron in the diet.
The symptoms include feeling tired or fatigued
Swelling or soreness of the tongue
Frequent infections
Usually, the doctor may recommend a diet rich in iron, folic acid, and vitamin C to treat the Iron Deficiency Anemia.

I thought this was interesting:
The major waste product of candida is acetaldehyde, which produces ethanol. Ethanol may be great in cars, but in your body it causes excessive fatigue, and reduces strength and stamina. In addition, it destroys enzymes needed for cell energy, and causes the release of free radicals that can damage DNA.
Ethanol also inhibits the absorption of iron. Because iron is one of the most important oxygen supports in the blood, ethanol in your body creates low oxygen levels. And you know what happens when your body can't oxygenate well. Deal with candida if you want to beat cancer.

Candida produces ethanol and ethanol inhibits the absorption of iron.

Does drinking iron enriched vitamins helps to cure iron deficiency? Even not eating the right foods?

If you take the iron supplement away from dairy (which blocks the absorption) and with Vitamin C (which helps the absorption), it can help.

To prevent iron deficiency or anaemia, you must eat foods rich in iron and take supplements like iron pills and vitamin b12.
