Are we referencing size or shape?

The two are inherently VERY different questions.

I did not know you had different exercises for shape of chest. I always thought the chest exercises were for building up the size of chest. Guess i have a lot to learn

Well for chest exercises you have to do benchpress, butterflies, push ups and pecks. After you have done each exercises its better to stretch your chest by putting your ars at your back and you will feel that your chest extract.

Exrcise like Incline, decline and bench press with barbelll are exercisec for your chest. You could alos use the aid of machines which much better than using dumbells or barbells and it is also helping to defining your chest muscles.

I think it wont because the breast is not a muscle but the surrounding muscles will be developed.

Well It will not affect the breast when doing chest exercise. The surrouding part of your chest owuld be the one to start to develop.

There are so many chest exercises that you can do. Yes, flat bench press is one of them, but it only targets the interior part of the chest. You should also do incline press, decline press and the butterfly pressing dumbells.

So do you think these exercises would work to firm or lift the breasts once you develop the surrounding muscles?

Yes, it would develop the surrounding muscles around the breast. Women can use the same chest exercises for men. Like incline bench press, bench press, dumbbell press etc.

If you are not a gym goer, then you can try exercising in your home. You can do push-ups at home to tone your chest and triceps muscles.

Push up is one good form of exercise that targets the chest, biceps and triceps. You can also do body pull ups and that will target your triceps.

You can do leg raiser and squats. After you finished your upper body workout, you can try to exercise your legs to give proper proportion on your body.

Mcavoy, I’m already doing the exercises that you posted and it’s only toning my muscle. It’s still better to go to the gym and have an expert give you the needed exercises for your body.
