I thought this is a hard task to do but it the long run it will definitely help someone on losing weight. I’ll start having a food journal.

That’s a good idea keeping a record of the food you eat. It’s also best to list down the pounds your losing and putting the diet program that you’re engage.

I’m on my 4th month tracking down my diet and exercises. It really feels good to see how many pounds you lose every week and you can look for the previous food you have eaten.


How many pounds you’ve lost already? What is your diet program?
