Hey,

I've had some stomach problems lately..pretty sure I'm lactose intolerant which is freakin crap already. I know whey protein only contains a small amount of lactose, but I would prefer to stay far away from it. I think I could try and handle soy protein but it's just something I'm working on getting used to at the moment. So are there any protein supplements without dairy, and maybe soy too?

Thanks.

I once read that there's nothing wrong with some powdered white eggs. You could try that?

Why would you prefer to stay away from Whey protein? Just curious as to the reasoning as I would think the whey protein would be more beneficial to you than the soy protein

What other supplements aside from whey drink can give us more proteins for the body?

I suggest that you need to drink more milk and eat lean meat. Most of the protein supplements have whey. Eating lean meat can give you more protein and energy for your workout.
