I think you’re asking if multivitamins increase weight. They do actually. It helps boost your appetite. In putting up pounds in your body, it’s best to exercise and eat food rich in protein and carbohydrates.

OMG, I did not know taking multivitamins increases your weight. I did not find anything to support this statement but I did find out many multivitamin products also contain minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Minerals (especially taken in large doses) can cause side effects such as tooth staining, increased urination, stomach bleeding, uneven heart rate, confusion, and muscle weakness or limp feeling.

Here are some factors that help you gain and lose weight.
For gaining weight: not being active, eating too much fat and calories, stress, laziness and lack of discipline in eating.
Losing weight: doing regular exercises, going into a healthy diet and having an inspiration to lose weight.

Simply put.

Drink milk everyday because it can increase your appetite. You can add fruits and veggies in your diet to get a healthy increase in weight.

Mcavoy is saying that if you want to lose weight those are the things you should remember. Joining a group in a gym or jogging will be the best inspiration to lose weight.

Try to go to a gym and ask an instructor to give you exercise that will bulk you up. Eating more food can build you bulges on your body. Doing gym exercises helps tone your body while you are bulking in weight.

To gain more weight, try to exercise first then eat a big meal. This could help boost your appetite and also tone your muscles.
