I would like to know the secrets to looking and feeling young. What is the regime to be followed? Any effective medicine available in the market?

The best way to keep looking and feeling young is to have a healthy life style. You need to minimize consumption of alcohol and cigarettes and have enough sleep.

The secrets of looking young lies in regular cardiovascular activity. Thirty minutes of cardio activity per day keeps the body looking and feeling young. Activities like jogging, walking and cycling are great forms of exercise that aren't too strenuous and great for your overall health. Swimming is better which gently works all of the body's muscles. Yoga is another excellent way to keep your body active. Yoga relaxes the body and mind and gently tones the muscles. Participating in regular yoga sessions will do wonders for your health and appearance. You'll look much younger than your real age.

I read about collagen supplement tablets? I couldn't tell you if they work though. I guess a good diet, exercise and taking care of your skin will do your looks the world of good!

A stress free life, with lots of healthy eating and exercising. A good skin care regime doesn't go amiss either..I know a girls dad who is 60 and looks about 40 from playing golf, running, eating great and generally leading a stress free life. Take time out to yourself to relax! Also no frowning raspberry

There is no medicine that can keep you young but it’s on how you see life and live with it. Proper diet and regular exercise is a big factor and living a stress free life or managing your stress well.

Daily exercise such as walking or aerobics plus strength training. Whole grain diet with lots of fruits and veggies. Drink a lot of water and take a vit e supplement and any other antioxidant.
