Painkillers are addictive any analgesticis best and safe (paracetamol).Itdepends on the strength of the painkiller you are using but do not take toomany.

Yes Jeannie you are right. We must not take pain killers always. If we can just bare the pain then better not to take it. Because if you will do you will be immune and your dosage will increase.

I agree, pain killers should not be taken all the time. If you are having to take pain pills that often there may be something else going on.

Yes I agree, too much morphine/pain killers, will make you immune to it in the long term, therefore stick to it only when you NEED it, not when oh you have a headache. Im not a good example of this because during my trekking trip on holiday, i was having like 2 every hour to ease the leg pains. But yes, try to stay of them as much as you can.

Yeah I can understand, the more you use you got addicted to them and it's make a person immune..but just wanted to know some effective pain relievers..

well all i can say gareth is, anything too much has bad effect. when i feel pain, i dont reall take some pain killers because i am afraid to any side effects it could cause. i just drink water and take enough rest. i believe everything painful will be gone once we rest our body. those pains are just effects of stress..

Just take painkiller if you have to, dont apply painkiller to minor pains, it not good that you take to much of it. You'll get addictive to it.
