Hi! I do eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies.Should I count the calories from it? And I heard that it produces a negative calorie effect. How true is it?

If you bite it-write it. If you’re starting to count calories and getting the habit of everything counts. Stick to it’s philosophy.

Lettuce has calories in it, based on what I do to track my calorie intake. Some say it has a “negative” effect is because you burn calories by chewing, but you’re still taking those calories in your body!

You may opt out calories on veggies, but never exclude from fruit. Preferably no food should be excluded. You may not consider less than 25 cals in your snack like I normally do. But, almost anything you eat is much greater, especially fruit.
