Welcome to the forum......

What are your current stats? (ie age, weight, height, bf%)

Outside of the running and biking, how does your weightlifting look....meaning what is your training regimen (sets, weights, reps, rest between sets)

Can you break down your current macros in (P/F/C)?

Are you taking any supplements?

I think more help can be given once the above is answered

I can recommend to you the method I used, and it’s effective. A daily banana milkshake works! If you want to add weight in muscle mass, make sure that getting enough protein and take amino acids to build muscle. The right food and supplements if you must.
