I know it is necessary to

stretch before you excercise. I'm

looking for a stretch that is not

difficult and at the same time not

hurting.

Always do your stretching slow, little by little stretch until you can’t go any further.Remember to pause and take a deep breath and repeat for 20-30 sec while you maintain breathing…slowly release. And your up to the next exercise.

Stretch slowly, if you're in any pain at all then stop as you don't want to hurt yourself you just want to slowly stretch that's all. Over time you should see your body becoming more flexible, yoga helps with this!

Stretching is a great thing to do even if you are not about to work outl, it loosens your muscles AND releases built up toxins!
An easy all over body stretch is to stand with your feet spreas out far enough that you can still be balanced but farther than shoulder length. Squat with your legs and reach for the sky with your hands and then twist slowly to each side. Then back to a straight legs swill in the spread position, and reach down for the ground in front of you, up, and then straight down, up and then down behind your legs. Then up and lean to your left foot, up and the right foot, then sit on the ground both feet out touch calves or feet what ever you can reach, then bend one foot in and reach for the other foot and vise versa and then lay on your stomach and with your arms curl your entire body up as far as you can, then on hands and knees do the cat strech and you should have a completely streched body in 5 minutes or less!!

I also advise you that before and after you do gym exercises do stretch your muscles. It helps your muscles be prepared for an exercise and relaxes you after workout.
