My husband has been prescribed with ACE inhibitors for his hypertension but I'm wondering what are the best natural ACE Inhibitors.

Aside from milk, cheese, yogurt, and sour cream, what are the others?

Thanks in advance.

I got this from articles in the web that other ACE inhibitors are:

garlic extract (Allium ursinum) - it supports healthy blood pressure and does a better job than kitchen-garlic supplements

chocolate, wine, tea - they may help lower blood pressure

Hope this helps.

I got it in my readings that kidney tea cleanse is good in lowering down blood pressure. Just a cup of tea each day will do. Of course you must cut down on the normal white table salt . Celery, parsley and cucumber juice are also good for the kidneys. You clean up the kidney's and no more high blood pressure.

Researchers found that beetroot juice can help cut high blood pressure. Experts say that the nitrate in beetroot reacts with saliva and produces nitrite which causes blood vessels to dilate and thus increase blood flow. Spinach is also nitrate-rich so it may also work.
