You can breastfeed even if you have implants as long as there is no problem with your implants.

If the incision needed to insert the implants was done below the breast or somewhere near the armpits then there's a bigger possibility a woman can breastfeed (so long as your milk ducts are working). If the incision was near or around the areola then chances are it could affect breastfeeding and you may not produce milk at all.

Hi Sugartwisted,

My suggestion: ask your plastic surgeon and your pediatrician. What does the FDA say about this? Anything you've researched so far?

Yes you should be able to feed with Implants without being worried if the silicone molecules will get into the milk ducts. Also I think it is better if your implants are below the pectoral muscle.
