I had a CS done when having my son. It’s been over a year since I delivered him and I was lucky to get my figure back, but my stomach’s still got the post-CS look, little has changed! Does anyone have maybe tips or a special diet/exercise/treatment for improving a stomach post-CS?

Losing weight would be your first step, then you can start by reducing calories and eating healthier such as vegetables and lean meats. Stir fry veggies with chicken made with PAM is a great option!
Alternatively, if you want a really great solution, you can have lipo-sculpture or micro-liposuction done to "sculpt" your stomach area.

My wife had two CS's, and no matter what she does, it won't come off, either. She's at the pre-baby weight, but the CS sag is still there. It doesn't bother me, but it sure bothers her; so she went to the Dr. and he said that time will help, but the only way to really get back to flat is to get a tummy tuck. He said that Pilates is a great non-surgical option, but genetics play a big part in how your elasticity goes. Good luck!

Yeah, it stinks! Been there, done that twice. It was three years between them, and even though I'm back to the same weight I was, I still look like a deflated balloon. Aside from surgery, I don't think there's much that can be done. I just wish that corsets were back in vogue!

Unfortunately, I believe Armadillo is right. If it's loose saggy skin, there is no exercise or diet that will rid you of that. The only option there would be a tummy tuck. Sorry.
