I just posted about a parasite cleanse, but I am also going to be doing a colon cleanse for the next 2 weeks. I will let you all know how it goes. My friend did hers and she felt great afterwards.

One question, if the cleanse has psyllium in it, how long must you wait before you eat?

No Ernie, I know you have to wait a certain amount of time. I think I read it was 1 hour either before or after taking a psyllium based colon cleanse, but I just wanted to double check.

If you don't mind me asking what kind of colon cleanse are you using? I've been searching for a while now for the right one but didn't want to waste my money on just anything. Thanks!

Sorry it's been so long since I responded to this thread. I'm actually going to start a fresh new one, but to answer your question, I have been using the Dr Floras Colon Cleanse brand.

I've tried a lot of colon cleansers and this one is by far the best of the bunch. If I truly posted how good it works, it would sound like I am a pitch person for the company, so I wont do it.

Just check out the site yourself, and get ready to scream when you watch the video! omg what the
