I just posted about a parasite cleanse, but I am also going to be doing a colon cleanse for the next 2 weeks. I will let you all know how it goes. My friend did hers and she felt great afterwards.

One question, if the cleanse has psyllium in it, how long must you wait before you eat?

I think you can eat right away if you are hungry, I am not so sure about this though. No Ernie, I know you have to wait a certain amount of time. I think I read it was 1 hour either before or after taking a psyllium based colon cleanse, but I just wanted to double check.

Sorry it's been so long since I responded to this thread. I'm actually going to start a fresh new one, but to answer your question, I have been using the Dr Floras Colon Cleanse brand.

I've tried a lot of colon cleansers and this one is by far the best of the bunch. If I truly posted how good it works, it would sound like I am a pitch person for the company, so I wont do it.

The first colon cleanse of my life was about a year ago. I was in the oganic food store and say "Sonnes #9" ... it is a psyllium based cleanse.... and Holy Moly it worked great for me!! Took about 2-3 weeks to get thru the whole bottle...

Before I did cleanse... I had bought some organic deodorant to use instead of conventional ... but the deodorant would only work after shower for 2 hours at longest before It would "wear off" ... if ya know what I mean...

I thought the organic deodorant was bunk!!!

However... after I did the intestine/colon cleanse... guess what... that same organic deodorant ... (aluminum free)... worked just fine all day long!
