How many meals a day?

Well I tried having small snacks every 4 hours as a diet plan having fruits and high protein snacks and it really worked and I lost those unwanted fats.


What protein snacks or shakes are you using?

Have a perfect meal and light meal daily which can make you feel active and healthy.I think in a day 6 meals is perfect but not contain fat or carbohydrates.it should be a light diet.

Three meals a day is sufficient..if you take freakfast as a king, lunch as a lion and dinner as beggar

Hello

Depending on what your diet and goals are, you should be eating at least 5 meals a day. These "meals" are not supposed to be platters of food, but rather a small meal which consists of the appropriate amount of protein, carbs and fats.

On the other side, too often people think that if they throw in an apple or a protein shake in between breakfast and lunch, they have having a meal. But unless you are eating a balance of all macro nutrients, you're not taking full advantage of your metabolism.
