CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.

XQ, the idea behind eating 6 meals is that you aren't really eating more calories than you would in 3 meals, but instead you are spreading those calories out over 6 meals. This gives your body a more even level of nutrients throughout the day.
One of the side effects of this is your stomach will likely shrink due to it no longer having to put away so much food at dinner. This will help on those days where you're out at a BBQ or with friends where lots of food is available.
Overall, it's pretty beneficial to most people.
By the way, 6 meals IS a lot for most people, and the thought of cooking up 6 meals might be daunting. What a lot of people do is substitute 3 of those meals with meal replacement options, like a protein shake. These are helpful around workouts as well, so if you're adding that to your schedule, you'd probably want to do this anyway.
Those six meals may include a snack of peanuts, or berries, or bananas. Your tummy will get used to taking only smaller amounts of food. This will decrease your food intake because you have just eaten something a couple of hours ago.
An ideal diet for a normal person is 3 meals a day. However, persons suffering from diabetes should preferably take smaller meals spread over 6 times a day. I usually take one large meal and two small meals which perfectly suits me.
For me 3 times a meal each day. Skip those snacks and make sure you eat breakfast before going to work or in the school because that is the start up meal fo your day. Add also fruits and veggies in your meal.
Eating 1 or twice a day wll not help you lose weight and might be the opposite of it. Eat 5-6 small meals and for the in between meals eat healhy snacks like fruits. Do not skip a meal. Eat foods that are less in sodium and fats.

For me it’s better to take 5 small meals than 3 big meals a day. The body needs food to burn calorie to create energy and also helps the metabolism to burn more food rather than storing them.
I suggest you eat the most on breakfast and lunch. You need energy throughout the day because of your work activity. When it comes to dinner just eat a light meal so that when you sleep you will easily burn the food that you eat and avoid getting stored fat.
Well I tried having small snacks every 4 hours as a diet plan having fruits and high protein snacks and it really worked and I lost those unwanted fats.
