CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.

If Dr Houser responds your life will never be the same. On his specific subforum at LeanBulk.com he details out what he thinks about vitamins and such. Let me just say it is very eye opening. But, I have been following his recommendations for quite a while now and I do not get infections/sick. My whole family will get stuff and have to get antibiotics etc, but I might get a little head cold and it will be gone in a few days. You might have to spend a little more money, but it is with laser-like specificity.
I take buffered vitamin C so I can take it even when I haven't eaten, vit b6, b12, iron, cod liver oil, and vitamin e. I used to take calcium tabs but I read that it causes renal stones. Yiiiiikes!!!!!!
I am actually revamping an article I wrote some time ago entitled "The Great Multivitamin Debate" - a revamped version will be put up on Cure Your Body very soon; it may be a multiple part series due to the number of things I have to say, but for now I will leave you with a mantra many are familiar with:
"ALL MULTI-VITAMINS SUCK!"
If you are not an avid reader of my articles and the like, you'll have to keep posted to find out why.

Huh, why do they suck? I thought they were good because they combined lots of vitamins together...

Aconite.....you will be surprised by what you read when this article is published at CYB.....ive interacted with Dr H at other venues on the subject.....it will definitely be an eye opener for a lot of posters here.......you will likely never look at multi's in the same light again.......
I guess the anticipation and drama will begin to build now.....
What?! That sucks. I make sure I take my multivitamin everyday. I even check the days on my planner to make sure i dont forget. Whens the article coming out? Argh!
I would like to know more about these multivitamin issues because most parents I know offer multivitamins to kids and if this is harmful then I will stop offering it to my son as well.
I regularly take multivitamin tablets consisting of Ginseng along with vitamin B2, B6, B12 and C. I am quite comfortable. It perfectly suits me. I would like to know what's wrong in taking multivitamins. Is it harmful or does it have any side effects? Please do let me know.
