Hey guys.

Over the last few months I have been struggling with my weight, I've tried eating in moderation and exercising but it's just a really slow process. Now I know diet pills aren't good, but I can't help but wonder what the results would be like.

I know there is a lot of hype surrounding Trimspa after the death of Anna Nicole Smith, but the product seems as successful as ever and works well (so I have read on yahoo etc). I would really like to give the product a go but before spending the $, I wanted to know if it does what it says on the packet??

Has anyone here tried Trimspa and lost weight? Or knows some that has?

thanks.

I tried it with ABSOLUTELY ZERO results :( i think my body just rejects everything! Well I can't stick weight loss plans too well either, so I think some sort of determination pills would be great ha ha. My friends mom used it too and she always ranted about how it was doing nothing for her, I think she maybe lost a lb or two over a few weeks but she was big so she should've been losing a lot more...and she wasted quite a lot of dollars too on the stuff, I say no go natural, it is hard but do you want to end up like Anna Nicole Smith?

Trimspa was included in a 25 MILLION dollar settlement for false advertising back in 2007 now that sounds really shady. Beware buyers, if they are false advertising then they're telling you a bunch of lies. I think you could find the article on CNN, just say NO to popping pills, diets aren't in pills they are what YOU make them to be.

hey sabrina,

sorry to say this but do not go near trimspa! I tried it, and ended up suffering from insomnia and headaches. Maybe it was my bodies natural reaction to the pills, or maybe my body was just strange, but it wasn't worth one cent. I however have read reviews online about people losing a lot of weight with this diet pill, but I don't know if their reviews can be trusted. Just watch out, if you want to take it, then consult your doctor first.

Now that sounds shady. I agree with Artec, OP, just monitor your eating and exercise...besides you probably won't keep the weight off if you lose any from the pills. Think about the risks like heart palpitations, that is serious stuff IMO. AVOID at all costs.

Trimspa pills used to contain ephedra, however after Anna Nicole Smiths death I think the company have removed the ephedra from the products. If I were you I would speak to your doctor, if you are overweight by a large margin then you should talk to your doctor about different sorts of prescribed medication to help with weight loss. Good luck!

I really do agree....it sounds really bad, I wouldn't trust their products. Why can no one do things the old fashioned way anymore?!

Trimspa is a bunch of crap. I say just get your lazy butt up and start doing regular exercises.

Like 30 minutes of cardio each day. My point is, there is no MAGIC PILL that will make y ou lose weight

You have to work for weight loss. Diet and exercise people!

Yes, this is a weight loss pill. Like any other product you see on TV, it really doesn’t work and it’s only getting your money.

We can compare Trimspa with other non-working diet pill and supplement. One famous diet pill that has sold worldwide was Bangkok pill. This really works but when it was examine by specialist it has negative effects and was banned from selling.

That’s also what I’m thinking about this product. This is a hoax and the US FDA already banned this product to be sold in the US.

I’ve heard about this product and the US FDA already approved it. I haven’t tried it but they say it really helps on losing weight.

It was approved. I haven’t seen any news about this product. I’m now thinking twice about weight loss pill and supplement. I have bought a diet pills before and it didn’t work for me at all.

Yes, this could help lose weight. It loses lots of water and lean muscles and is not helping losing stored fat.
