I can't say I have tried them before but I am interested in giving them a go. OP did your sister see any results? I think I might try Lipobind, I saw it advertised on the internet...it's available in major stores in the UK, so it must be legit at at least.

Do fat burners not increase your heart rate? Or maybe I am mistaking them with something else..I've heard of the fat absorbers but not burners. It's hard to know what ones are legit and what ones aren't!
The information given is too technical for a lay man to understand. How about fat burner supplements which are readily available in the market? Has any one tried these supplements? Are they effective? Of course, I've not tried them, but in my view, regular exercise and diet control are ideal ways to burn fat. Good luck.
I am taking L-carnatine but you are probably right even if it helps burn fat, if i don't watch my diet and i don't get involve in physical activities, it will be useless.
I drank fat burners when im working out and it keeps me pespiring and energetic always. I try not to drink fat burners but its not giving me that energy to work out. Is this already a symptom that i am dependent to fat burners?
Fat burners are also considered diet pills. You can only use fat burners if you are on a strengthenous activity. Fat burners only work if your body is moving because it increases your metabolism.
James, on your question about hydroxycat . They are considered fat burner since it can help you sweat out the pounds by doing exercises or sports activities.
