Creatine’s main benefit is its ability to aid in the production of energy. However, recent studies suggest that there is evidence that creatine can stimulate muscle growth. It does this in a couple of different ways. By allowing you to perform more work as a result of additional energy, increased protein synthesis is stimulated.

Creatine supplements help body builders build bigger muscles. It helps deliver more testosterone to the cells of the body which can lead to bigger muscle mass. It also helps draw more liquid into the muscles which give a 3% to 10% increase in muscle mass. It can make muscles withstand more strenuous activity.

Will taking creatine help me in my workout? I've heard conflicting opinions from people in my gym. Some say creatine makes bones weak while others say it's good for working out

Despite creatine’s wide use, the evidence that creatine supplements improve athletic performance and build strength is weak. Some studies have shown that creatine might help modestly with sports that require sudden bursts of activity.

But evidence suggests that creatine is not effective in building muscles, increasing stamina, or boosting energy. In fact, since creatine causes water retention, creatine could slow down some athletes.

Researchers have also studied creatine as a treatment for many health conditions. These include heart failure, high cholesterol, Huntington’s disease, muscular dystrophy, and Lou Gehrig’s disease. However, the results have been conflicting or inconclusive.

Many experts believe that creatine may be useful for high-intensity, short-duration exercise, it has not been demonstrated effective in endurance sports. Benefit may be greatest when levels of creatine prior to supplementation are low, and in specific sub-populations such as older men.

This is I think one disadvantage of creatine. Creatine supplementation minimally impacts creatinine concentrations and renal function in young healthy adults. Although creatinine concentrations may increase after long periods of creatine supplementation, the increase is extremely limited and unlikely to affect estimates of creatinine clearance and subsequent dosage adjustments. Further studies are required in the elderly and patients with renal insufficiency.

Creatine is a substance that gives energy to yopur mucles. It can do wonderful things on your muscle. It can be toned or big bulky muscles. It depends on how you exercise and build your muscles. here are some tips you can do to get into toning and big bulky muscles.

1, A decent exercise routine
2,High protein intake (simple equation use is 2.2 X weight in KG)
3, The body needs to be in calorie excess (simple equation use is 16X weight in LBs)

The most common you will see is called "creatine monohydrate"; there have been other versions of this created since the CM hit the market.

The body has ATP and creatine helps replace it during muscle contractions. It will also help you extend the period of your workout and lose more weight.

Yes, Black it is. Creatine helps the body to sweat out and burn the fats in our body. Creatine is best to use when you’re training in the gym or playing a sport.
