I have read claims about this diet saying it helps to lose weight in a dramatic way - like lotttss of lbs.

Does it work? How so?

It seems more like magic, so I'm kinda skeptical. It says you can do the diet for only 11 days and you will lose 9lbs or more and after the 11 days you take 3 days off to eat regularly and then you repeat the 11 day diet again if you want to lose more - even up to 100lb weight loss?

Has anyone hard of such a thing and is it safe? I'm all ears. I know quick fix things aren't the way to go but it's just too enticing and it makes me think it's far too good to be true.

What? So you mean for 11 days you eat drastically low amounts of food/nutrition and then you eat normally for three days an repeat?! Do you really want to pay for this system of 'magic'?
Sounds like a load of rubbish. If you want to loose weight and KEEP it off then you need a lifestyle change, not a fad diet. If you're not willing to adjust your eating habits as well as a new exercise regime, well then there'll be no long term success.

It sounds ill-logical, it's practically starving yourself for 11 days! You'd probably only binge during the 3 days you can eat whatever you want which defies the whole point of the thing anyway, sorry it is far from magic.

They'll probably make you 'buy' whatever rubbish they want you to, then you would get a sheet of foods to combine to 'optimize' the fat loss, which again is rubbish as they're just taking your money.

If you want to undergo healthy weight loss then do some research. Eat a well balanced diet, full of whole grains, lots of fruit and eg, and lean meats. Just find out your maintenance line with calories, and then create a good exercise regime to help with the weight loss. Fad diets don't work in the long term and they aren't safe!

Another count down for diets. Diets cannot be achive in dyas this could take months and years to achive the necessary weight goal that you want. Try a diet program and stay with it for 1 months check if it will decreae your weight.

WHOA! Lose weight in 11 days? Most likely, you aren't eating much and the loss is mostly water. The ideal diet allows you to lose about half to one kg of body weight.

How is it that movie stars and models are able to lose weight at the drop of a pin? What's their secret?

Some movie stars can afford to do liposuction, that's why they can shed off ponuds that quick.

That is true but what about the ones that shed the weight off for certain movies and then a few weeks/months later it is back on them. Surely that can't be healthy either. Doesn't that do something to your body?

Movie stars have personal trainers and dietician. All of the diets plan and gym exercises that are given to them are healthy so there is no danger if they shed off pounds today and later on have the weight back on them.
