Both can raise your blood pressure and heart rate so it is better to minimize your intake. Men should drink less than two drinks per day while women should have no more than one drink a day because women are more sensitive for the damaging effects of alcohol due to body size and metabolism.

Beer is rich in malt and wine has enzymes. Both are good for your health in small quantities so it’s safe to say that you can have both everyday in limited amounts.

Beer goggles dude? banana haha, joking

I don't drink that much, depends on where I am, who I'm with that sorta stuff. Wine is always nice with a big slap up meal, and beers are great for watching the game with the guys or just chilling on a hot day but I don't drink everyday..

Red wine will always beat out beer since it has a chemical called reservatrol in it. This has anti aging elements in it and can be used to help fight free radicals

All beer will do is give you a beer belly.

It has no real nutritional value.

I agree with boombox
Wine inhibits the growth of microorganisms that cause several kinds of disease, cause of its alcoholic and acidic content, these microorganisms can not live in the wine, as well red wine is a great antioxidant.
Of course everything in moderation, just because its good for you does not mean you get to drink a bottle a day, otherwise you could become part of "Sphericals" increased sex life.... lol idiot

I disagree with boobox. Beer contains flavonoids. Flavonoids have potential beneficial effects on human health-they have been reported to have antiviral, anti-allergic, antiplatelet, anti-inflammatory, antitumor and antioxidant activities.

Wine is also healthy. Italians always drink it and they are one of the healthiest and happiest people in Europe. However, do remember: Everything in Moderation. Too much of something is always bad for you.

By drinking beer daily you are sure to get the beer belly. It also increases your weight significantly which will have an adverse effect on your health. In my view, with health consciousness, on top of everyone's agenda, it is better to say good bye to drinking habit itself, not to talk about beer or wine. bouncy smile

I'm not sure what one I prefer, probably beer, I rarely drink it. I would imagine red wine would be significantly healthier than beer, but then again no alcohol is best.
