For loose skin, surgery is the only effective way of getting rid of it.

When you do cardio and weight training and you lose weight, dont forget to do some stretching exercises. And also maybe a little firming lotion will help.

I agree with twinkle - weight loss through exercise and diet helps if you have underlying fat deposits, but if you're thin with sagging skin, surgery is pretty much your only option.

Loose skin doesnt go all away from your body. You can avail of a surgery to remove the loose skin in your body if you have the budget for it. For my advice try to exercise like doing sit ups, push ups and pull ups so it will firm the skin in your body. Be glad that you have loose skin since you lost fats in your body.

You might have loose skin after losing some weight but skin is so thin that I dont think the loose skin you see now is all skin. There are fats there and cardio and toning will eventually get rid of it if done with eating proper portions of different food groups.

You can go to a cosmetic doctor and have your loose skin removed, but this is too expensive. You can try to exercise to build muscles and tighten your skin.

Surgically removing loose skin in your body is very expensive. Best way to remove them is doing exercises and get to a sports activity. In this way it could tone your skin to become muscle.

Have you tried cellophane wrapped? It could also help eliminate sagging belly and arms.

Is there someone who is still using that? It’s too old school. That is not even effective way to remove sagging arms.
