Anyone know of an effective, safe appetite suppressant? My appetite has been out of control lately.

Well hoodia, the REAL hoodia is a great appetite suppressant. It takes a couple days to fully kick in, but it really curbs your appetite. The hoodia that Caroline recommends really works great since it's natural and REAL. beware of scam hoodia, which is filled with fillers and other crap that is not real hoodia

Yes, Hoodia Prime works at doing exactly what you want. There are probably other brands of hoodia that do as well, but I haven't tried one that works yet, although to be fair, I only tried 3 of them, and hoodia prime was the only one that did anything.
I'm not using it anymore, as I was just doing it for research and to create a video on Hoodia, but the few days i did use it, it was quite interesting.
There's a more active thread on Hoodia Prime here:
Hoodia Prime - Who's Using It?

I hear a lot of good and bad things about hoodia. I guess the hoodia prime is the real thing, huh?
Hmm...don't have appetite problems really but maybe I can recommend it to my brother who's quite overweight.

When you say that it is an effective appetite supressant, is that just hunger suppression? Or does it limit cravings? All too often I don't particularly "feel" hungry, but I want to eat. Does Hoodia help with that?

We know that appetite suppresant can be eat or drink via supplement. Heres are some food that is considered to stop your craving for food. Drink water before you eat every meal. Eat fruits like water melon, water chesnut, cucumbers and asparagus. They will keep you fuller because they are all water base food.

Do they work? Have you tried either one of them?

There are people who already tried these appetite suppressants and it really works on them. It depends on the persons health habits if the suppressants really work or not.

Why would health habits matter if this substance is signaling the brain?

I think it gives information to the brain that you are not hungry. Anything we feel gives a signal to the brain. The suppressant helps signal to the brain we are already full.

I think water is an appetite suppressant. When I’m drinking a glass of water before I eat, it lessens the food that I consume because it feels like I’m already full.

Do not take any pills that can suppress appetite, we only need water to stop the craving. Plus water is natural and no known side effects that can ruin our body.

I’ve already tried this method and it’s really effective. I always drink 1 glass of water before each meal and I won’t even get another round of the menu.

That’s a very effective way to suppress appetite. I don’t believe in diet pills that say that it can suppress or lose appetite to stop gaining weight.

This is a natural way to drink. You do this method every day I’m sure you will eat less.

You can also try to drink fresh fruit or veggie juices before you eat. Any liquid that you drink first becomes an appetite suppressant.

I have read an article on the internet about natural way to suppress your appetite. It says there that we must avoid food high in carbohydrate and getting enough sunlight. So sunbathing is good for removing your craving for food.

High-fiber foods like apples generally require more chewing time, giving your body extra time to register the fact that you're no longer hungry. Therefore, you're less likely to overeat.

Seems there are several ways to suppress the appetite naturally. I don’t use artificial things like pills etc. I guess I will go for water.
