I know that eating too much carbohydrates is not advisable. I am planning to eat more fruits and vegetables in my diet. My question is, is it safe to eat fruits on an empty stomach?

Never heard that it wasn't. I guess like everything just don't stuff yourself or you're pretty much guaranteed a stomachache.

When you eat fruits with an empty stomach be sure to eat one kind of fruit at a time otherwise you will get a stomachache with that.

i have heard that it was actually recommednded to eat nothing but fruit before the middle of the day. eating fruit on an empty stomach is also fine as it will allow the fruit to digest better and your bdy to break the nutrients down easier.

Fruits are like vegetables that most of them are rich in fiber so it helps digesting food that will be ingested at a later time.
