The best way to gain weight

Hello Dr. Houser. I'm really underweight right now and I don't really know a good way to gain weight. I don't really eat a lot because my the foods are somewhat unattractive and boring (your everyday the same food)

Please help me. Thanks

Define for me what "really underweight" means to you please. Also, tell me about your diet. These would be EXTREMELY helpful to give you the best possible advice I can.

If you think you are underweight then you should start keeping a food diary. You should also increase your daily calories intake and number of meals. You can also start exercising to gain weight for muscle building program.

You can do aerobics and free weight exercises that point to large muscle groups. Examples are dumbbells and small gym machines. Also don’t forget to eat more protein and have a lot of snacks.
