I am hoping it will! today I am starting a new diet by not eating after 6pm. I will do this for 2 weeks and then keep you guys posted on how it went for me.
First of all, is this even healthy practice?
I would imagine it is because in arab cultures they do this at ramadan. Not eating from sunrise to sunset.
Since I was mostly someone that ate a lot more at night vs the day time I am trying to do this to lose somem excess fat around my waist and be six pack ready in 2 weeks(yes I dont have thatt much fat around my waist).
So I will re-post here in 2 weeks, wish me luck guys
