Everyone knows this alreadybut am posting it since i haven't seen it here as yet. Eat something before and during alcohol consumption. This slows the absorption of alcohol. Fats and carbohydrates are best for slowing absorption.

My friends have another remedy for hangover. The natural way is to squeeze a lemon in a glass of water and drink the lemon water. The other method is to take one Avil pill and your hangover is gone. That's the hangover cure for my friends. And it's quite effective too.

Cheers.

Two suggestions
1- Green tea works really well
2- a couple of milk thistle pills with a glass of water before bed
Should do the trick

To help avoid a hangover when out try and avoid drinks that contain a lot of congeners. These are usually dark-coloured drinks such as brandy, red wine, and port.

Before drinking make sure that you are full not too but just your stomach has food on it. So that you wont get a hard on your belly. After you wake up and you have a hang over just drink hot coffee without the cream it will remove your hang over. Tried and tested. thumbs up

You have to be keen when drinking alcohol. Regulate it so that you wont get hard head aches or hangover. If you have one just try to sip some hot chicken or beef soup to ease the hang over.

I know it may be weird, but when I throw up after I drink, then I don't get any hangover in the morning. So I'd rather throw up than have a massive headache the next day

Here are some steps to prevent a hang over:

1. Eat a good dinner before you go out.
2. Drink clear alcohol; white wine, vodka, light rum
3. Avoid cheap alcohol
4. Eat a little something as you drink, the more fats and carbs, the more it slows the absorption of the alcohol
5. Drink a glass of water after every drink, this also helps you to pace your self
6. When you get home, drink another glass of water with a banana and a multivitamin.
7. If you feel you are getting a hangover in the morning, take an aspirin right away.

If you are havinh a party and you know you will have to bee drinking alcohol make sure you must hydrated and full. The night before the party be sure you are rested and before going to the party make sure you have already eaten or eat at the party first before drinking. While drinling make sure to drink water so that your body will still be hydrated.

Drink one cup of coffee with sugar and no cream. It can remove the hangover the next day.

To avoid hang over, it's best to drink water after every shot of alcohol that you drink because alcohol dehydrates your body.

I don’t know if it’s a myth or fact that to eliminate hangover the next day just take a shot of an alcoholic drink then your hangover is gone.
