Lose weight, exercises, anything that can help me to get rid of my double chin please?!

Have you tried losing weight first of all? That for sure will help you.
Also you can combine weight loss with face exercises and you will see results even quicker. I believe there is a thread in this forum about face exercises also , you might to check that and the weight loss threads also.

I would recommend just trying to lose any excess weight you have first of all. You can then do oblique crunches to target the sides of your neck and face(from the movements) and also push ups, which help build your neck and shoulders also. Of course face exercises are probably the greatest option for your face muscles, but together,everything helps best

A double chin can look so unappealing on most men and women. By simply losing weight you can drastically reduce the look of a double chin.
I do believe that the exercises also work, but surely losing weight will be a number 1 factor in helping you get rid of this.
The exercises are great to do after you've lost some weight, and then you can focus on sculpting the facial muscles.

From what I understand, you can't just lose a double chin. You need to go the whole way and go on a weight-loss program. I don't think that there are chin exercises or anything of the sort.

There is an exercise to get rid of double chin. Try opening your mouth very wide and pushing your lower jaw forward and go upwards so that your bottom teeth extend over to the top of your lower lip. You can do this ten to fifteen times and repeat them three to four times a day.

Food intake also affects reducing double chin so you should watch your diet as well.

I gain weight during pregnancy, it results to double chin, definitely hanging...other areas like tummy and arms were stretch and hanging too. I don't think i can lose it fast... naturally. At my age, i don't mind, if you are still young and concious about how you look,there is no harm in trying,goodluck!
