I love to lift weights and do high intensity cardio when I get a chance.

I learned that having lean muscle mass is more beneficial to keeping weight off than doing a lot of cardio all the time.

I'd like to learn other methods for building the body, including other body parts.

Welcome to the forum....what do you mean by "high intensity" cardio?

You say you would like to learn other methods of body building......before anyone can really help you on the other body parts......what body parts do you currently train? What is your current split?

Go to websites that are incline for muscle building. Its better to learn t the scientific way or go to a gym and ask the professional gym instructor about your request.

Universal, it is better to do more cardio exercise than lifting weights. Cardio exercises help lose weight fast than lifting heavy weights.

You can combine them. You can go to the gym just for 3 days a week and do some jogging or walking on the weekends.

I like James’ suggestion. You can combine your cardio plus lifting weights in the gym. You can either jog going to the gym or in the weekends for your cardio exercise and also that will be your warm up for your gym exercises.

The best chest exercise is pushups. It helps to build the outer and inner part of your chest plus also exercises your arm muscles.

If you’re going to a gym ask your instructor to give you toning muscle exercise. It’s your preference on what type of body you want to end up with.

It’s best to have a sculpted muscle body. I don’t like to have big bulky muscles like those contestants for Mr. Universe.

Just to have cuts on the body would be great. I also don’t prefer to have big bulky muscles.
