Well, not yet, but I will be! I will be documenting my weight loss in the journal on this forum and by 1 month I want to show you guys that I am a new person by losing 10-15 pounds...

Will I win? Will I lose? We'll see!

Good luck! I, too have been struggling with my weight; and I think that a food diary is the only way to go. I find that when I don't keep track, little bites seem to slip in here and there. Not good! Hope this helps!

Yup, I have seen the thread and he got a gastric balloon surgery. That is an expensive way to lose pounds. I will just go on a diet and exercise more. Thanks James for directing me to that thread.

When I was still at 225 lbs, I was eating too many carbs and don’t have any exercises activity. I trim down from 225 to 180, my secret cutting on carbs and doing exercises. I even enrolled in a gym and also doing taebo and hip-hop abs.

I have read Bobby’s story and it’s very inspirational. You see he almost weight 400lbs but with persistent he lost almost 120lbs.

I would not do that operation for losing weight. I only want to lose weight naturally by balance diet and exercise.

Yes, I’ve also read that. If I were the judge, I will declare him the biggest loser (in weight).

I agree, this is not something I would consider. Especially if it is similar to the Lap Band procedure. A friend of mine had that procedure and something as small as a grape had her in pain and back in the hospital.
