There are several natural substances that help controlling appetite. Some of the strategies include avoiding refined carbohydrates, getting plenty of natural sunlight on your skin, drinking large amounts of water on a regular basis, and getting plenty of fiber in your diet. Be aware that there is nothing that absolutely eliminates hunger. The bottom line is that if you are going to lose weight, you are going to experience hunger at one time or another. However, there are several supplements available in the market which claim controlling appetite.

When you say natural, what exactly do you mean? Are you talking about eating some kind of food that will do this, or is taking a capsule that has concentrated amounts of something natural OK too?

How come? Does exercise along with fruit and vegetables diet won't work? It surely takes a long time to lose big amount of weight but a little each month is good than giving up.
