CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.

I would say try it out for yourself at least, to see if it works for you.
I'm also a huge fan of hypnosis for weight loss. It has helped me to get more into fitness and working out. Hypnosis is just another form of mind control and it really works when you allow it to work for you.
If you want something so bad that you consciously make changes and adjustments in order to make it happen, it will happen. If hypnosis helps you accomplish that then by all means continue it.

Once the person has carefully researched the diet to be followed, the specific diet requirements may be formed into suggestions and included in the self hypnosis. There is now a method that can help you stop overeating, lose weight and help you feel better overall. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a process, which allows you to work through emotional eating by self-administered acupuncture, without needles. According to Craig, “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” The method stresses the importance of the energy inside each of us—an energy that can be healthy or lead to pain or disease. EFT training helps the energy return to health when it has been affected by trauma, stress, danger.
Numerous studies have evaluated the use of weight-loss hypnosis.
