Cognitive(talk) therapy ,surprisingly, can help this condition. It works as well or even better than standard CFS treatments. It helps reverse negative thinking patterns associated with fatigue and helps patients sleep better thus helping with CFS.

After all, which fatigued person feels optimistic about themselves?

Take a 10-15 minute cat nap. This can totally revive you and take away the daily fatigue that you feel. A mini-nap will help dig you out of debt.

Are you drinking enough water daily? Often times people who experience CNS are like totally parched.

Try drinking regularly throughout the day and drink at least 10 glasses for the entire day and see if that helps.

Coenzyme Q10 is an effective, natural supplement for fatigue. You should try this , it is often prescribed by homeopathic doctors to patients that suffer from fatigue.

I have been taking it for 3 years with much success.

What helps for me is getting regular B12 shots. B12 helps boost energy in a healthy way and now my wife and I are able to enjoy each other's company and our grandchildren again.

Mononucleosis is the other name for chronic fatigue syndrome. Typical symptom is that you are always very tired and even doing nothing at all. For medication ask your doctor to test if you have mononucleosis.

Yes, it was called the kissing disease, though you don't need to kiss anyone to get it. But, I've heard that if you kiss a frog you'll catch something!

Seriously, mono and CFS are NOT the same illness. Someone may have printed otherwise somewhere on the net, but it's not true.

Glad to know these are two different illnesses. Yes, I am aware that mono is only called the "kissing disease" and that you don't need to kiss anyone to get it and it would seem likely to get "something" kissing a frog. Ugh

The best treatment for mono is plenty of rest, especially early in the course of the illness when symptoms are the most severe. Acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help to relieve the fever and aching muscles. In most cases, the symptoms of mono go away in a matter of weeks with plenty of rest and fluids. If the symptoms seem to linger, or if you have any other questions, talk with your doctor.

The protocol you're suggesting is normal modern medical treatment. Basically, it's a regimen that allows the body to heal itself over several days to several weeks. It's safe.

I discovered years ago of a way to treat it successfully with a strong herbal infusion. Herbology can assist the body to heal itself in about 24-48 hours. There's less wear and tear on the body if treated properly with herbs which work in harmony with the body's healing capabilities.

We can treat chronic fatigue syndrome by using herbology. In your line of research, have you encountered any side effects of the herbs you are using?
