Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and would like to start off by introducing myself.

I am now 26 years old. In my late teens I was an abercrombie model for 4 years. 2 years ago I had a car accident that left me in a coma for 6 months. I've been spending the past year getting myself back in shape. I am now walking normally again, just not able to run as I once used to.

But, I will , the doctors tell me, with time.

My self-esteem is shot,I feel like crap most of the time, which is why I am looking for support on the internet.

I would do anything to get my body and fitness back on track. I'd like to reinvent myself to be what I once was.

It's never too late, so any support and advice I'd appreciate whole-heartedly!

Thanks

Hello Terry,

Since your experience is what it has been... you might consider trying a "Re-Patterning" to help get back to "normal". The Results System Re-Patterning looks at the "mind/body/ interaction to see if something is either working correctly or has gone haywire. A number of hospitals are using this method lately for severe trauma/accident "victims" to speed the recovery as well as the completeness of those recoveries. If you want more information on this, I can provide it.
I am a Certified Results System "Specialized Applied Thymokinesiologist" and have done quite a few Re-Patternings over the past 7 years or so. I combine this process with other things like NLP and Polarity for a more effective result. I'd prefer to see long term results instead of short term bandaids!
You may hear of others nay-saying Kinesiology, NLP, Polarity, and anything else that comes up that isn't AMA related. The first thing to ask would be... has that person ever experienced the process personally? I have over thirty years of results from people I have worked with using various processes that absolutely work with no questions! There are SO many things "science" learns every day that change the current belief systems. The Quantum Physics community lately is actually admitting that "energy" exists that is VERY difficult to measure or track but the experiences people have when treated with it are profound. This even points to the using of "micro current" technology to affect pain conditions without the use of drugs. I do quite a bit of headache removal and Body Alignments for chronic pain using techniques that most people think won't work... until they go through the process and come out pain free! Please feel free to ask any question you may have.
