Is there effective options? I take tylenol but it really doesn't help at all.

The only thing that works is ibuprofen, but is there any other, healthier natural choices?

Following can help you:

1) Daily Exercise
2) Perform Breathing Exercises often.
2) Hot Tub Bath
3) Health Diet
4) Stay Busy
5) Always be Happy and Relax
6) Sleep Well (minimum 8 hours)
7) Avoid from Alcohol, Depression and Smoking
8) Don't Watch too much TV more importantly by siting closely to TV or LCD screen

Moreover you should consult an experienced pain doctor or physician as he can help you and can suggest treatment after proper diagnosis.

Migraines are not friendly when you have them, in fact they can a 'deadly' effect on you. Whenever i get a migraine, i take the following steps which usually work reasonable well, if not completely work:

- Fill up a bucket of cold water and pour it on yourself/ cold shower.
- Drink plenty of water
- Avoid bright lights.
- Have at least 12 hours sleep.

After this, you should feel much better.
