We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.

Hey everyone! I am new here and thought I would post a link to my weight loss vlog on YouTube. I just started my new lifestyle about 3 weeks ago and I uploaded my first video a few days ago. I will be making a new update video once per week and I could use all the support I can get! I have over 100 lbs. to lose and have failed many, many times before.
