Hi

1. Drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks and fruit cordials.
2. Drink milk instead of semi-skimmed, or semi-skimmed for skimmed.
3. Eat lesser amounts of food than usual.
4. Avoid the intake of tea or coffee with sugar.
5. Take smaller portions of the food that you enjoy.
6. Avoid a second helping at dinner.
7. Unhealthy treats like confectionaries; sugar biscuits and crisps between meals should be cut down.
8. Cut down on beer or alcohol.

Thanks

Hello
Have you been noticing that your dress size has been creeping up a number or two? Are your favorite jeans getting a little snug? Are you concerned about your risk for diabetes or heart disease? If you answered yes to any of these question, then you may be considering losing a little weight to help your body to get back into shape. But (as most of us know!) weight loss is not an easy thing to attempt, and, if done improperly, it can be associated with some serious health risks. So if you are eager to lose a few pounds, here are a few healthy weight loss tips.

Do You Need To Lose Weight?
Before you start shedding those pounds, it is important to find out if you really need to lose weight. A lot of men and women are eager to drop a few sizes when they really don't need to or during a time in their lives when weight loss just isn't healthy. If you are under the age of 12, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should never lose weight, as this could result in serious health complications. If you are suffering from an eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia, you should also refrain from weight loss.

Hi

Given here are some easy and fast weight loss ideas:

* Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.
* Don't stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger.
* Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Walking is more important for people in sedentary jobs. Walk for at least 45 minutes every day; it helps in burning extra calories.
* Keep small plates for serving food because a study shows that the less food put in front of us, the less food we'll eat. So downsize your food plates and coffee mugs, and say goodbye to those extra calories.
* Eat more vegetables during meals as water-rich foods like zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers reduce your overall calorie consumption. Some other water-rich foods include soups and salads; they are good source of nutrition.

Thanks
Have a nice time ahead

get a healthy breakfast to start your day...everyday. healthy breakfast should be full of essential nutrients for the body after the "fast".

eat 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

eat enough fiber per day, basically from fruits, veggies, complex carbs, and/or fiber-rich food supplements.

cut down on your consumption of simple carbohydrates / sugars like white rice, pasta, donuts, pizza, and sodas.

exercise regularly, also for cardiovascular / heart, muscle, and bone health.

sleep about 8 hours a day. those who sleep less than 7 hours have great risk of gaining weight.

take sufficient omega-3 for intestinal health and cellular health.

avoid alcohol. the body converts alcohol into body fats.

take good quality food supplements to ensure you give your body enough nutrients per day.

measure, measure, measure.
