I'm looking to cook healthier. How do I do this? And what are some really healthy meals?

First of all, don't cook with oil. And if you must use oil, use only a bit. And only olive oil!

I really like making vegetable stir-fry,but without the oil.I use a non stick cooking spray instead...much less calories!

Think natural and LOTS of fruits ,veggies and natural nuts.

I personally love salads with chicken breast. Don't put lots of dressing as this adds calories. Instead, just distill a little of it in a little of water and you can then mix in it the salad. Not only is it healthy, but you won't have a problem digesting it either, since it's a lot of fiber.

I'm a vegetarian for 10 years now and I think this is ultimately the healthiest way to live. Since eating only organic foods my skin looks really incredible and I feel much more alive. My health has maintained a steady positive vibe also.

I recommend it to anyone who want to have the healthiest meals in their diet

Vegetarianism is one really healthy way to go, for sure, but if you can't do that then grilling is the way! Grilling food not only tastes great but is also a really healthy way to cook.

Even grilled vegetables taste great!

Go vegan. It's the best. I feel so much healthier and happier these days. And I don't care what anyone says, soy can taste AMAZING marinated in, say, teriyaki sauce.

Steaming vegetables is one way of cooking healthy too. Do not try to overcooked vegetables to avoid losing the vitamin content. Also, do not put so much salt in cooking.
