What Exercises burn the most calories quickest? |

IMO high intensity elliptical machine burns the most calories since you are exercising both your upper and lower body and the kinetic motion it offers is incredible at building the lower body also.
I remember in an hour one day I burned more than 1000 calories in an hour from doing high intensity on this machine

I second Drew's answer, Susan.
Elliptical machines are excellent at burning the most calories.
But other ways also exist. High intensity interval training on any other machine is also great. I like working on the treadmill and messing around with the incline over and over and then going really fast,then normal,then fast again...THIS WORKS!

You guys are forgetting about jump-rope! It's free, easy and burns up to 1000 calories an hour!
Here's a neat trick I use at home and at the office to burn TONZZZ of calories. I call it the "invisible jump rope" cause really ,you don't need the rope itself to exercise properly. Just visualize that your using it and jump.

I'd say get on a treadmill with some plastic body wrappings applied tight on most of your body parts. They do this in hollywood before premieres and it really burns a lot more calories and gets rid of excess body water also.

May I tell you that the best things come virtually at no cost. You need not go for all those latest gadgets to burn calories. Just go for a walk every day for 2 to 3 miles or go jogging and do some aerobic exercises. You'll not only burn calories but It will do a world of good to your over all health.

Before photo shoots, my girlfriend buts a garbage bag around her body then wraps her legs in ceram wrap, throws on a sweat shirt, and sweat pants and hauls a** on the elleptical machine, or if its nice she runs laps around the field outside, make sure your drink lots of water though cause this really gets you sweating.
