typical preparation is to steep the tea for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the tea.

my favorite tea is the peach flavor herbal concentrate, which is a blend of green tea, black tea, and some herbs.

Hello Friends........

Herbal teas can be made with fresh or dried flowers, leaves, seeds or roots, generally by pouring boiling water over the plant parts and letting them steep for a few minutes. Seeds and roots can also be boiled on a stove. The tisane is then strained, sweetened if so desired, and served.

Thanks

Great post! Herbal tea is surging in popularity thanks t positive publicity surrounding herbal tea benefits and the vast array of detectable flavors available in consumers. Herbal teas are a good, healthy, alternative beverage if you are trying to cut caffeine, coffee or soda out of your diet. There are many varieties to choose from and some herbals teas even offer specific health benefits. If you have a garden, you can grow your own herbs to make herbal tea inexpensively at home. Some of the best herbal teas can be found at trentontteas.com. Cheers!
