I am searching for a good massage therapist, which will rejuvenate me not only physically but also mentally. I wish to feel revitalized with new energy and feel refreshed because of the travels over the last ten months has left me feeling very drained and exhausted.

You need a massage therapist to flush out toxins from your body to promote good health. I recently came across an appealing site while browsing the internet. The site is Moderator's Note: affiliate link removed. Chiropractic & Acupuncture programming explains the process of creating new pathways, which update the mind with new beliefs to create a different outcome.

That could cost you a lot if you go to massage spa every week or month. It's better to eat healthy foods and change the lifestyle that you have. You can also practice the art of meditation and reiki.

I want a massage but time is an issue - and money for anything regular.

Vacation sounds good too

In the meantime, yoga and meditation can help release some of the tension you are holding onto from stress.

Hello Renee,

I agree with you that yoga and meditation can help release some of tension.

I also want to have a full body massage. I feel so tired after a long day at work. Massage helps me feel energized again!
