I have done a lot of reading about colon cleanse, and I can't believe that the opinions and experiences are really contradicting. No one in this world are the same, I believe.

But because I'm new to all this, I want HONEST experience and feekback please, so I understand exactly which direction I'm headed to.

Thanks!

Hi charlotte1980. I'm pleased to be the first to answer your question.

My first experience is when I've undergone fasting. I used to think that I don't have to buy any product to help me with cleansing, because the body has a natural way of detoxifying the gastrointestinal tract - with a little help from me. I'm pleased with the results of juice fasting - not only did I lose some weight, I felt lighter, like 10 lbs has been unloaded from my colon. smile

However, it really makes me weak, so depending on your lifestyle, feel free to choose what suits you best.

So this time, I'm using DrFloras. I chose DrFloras, not only because it is recommened by a lot of CYB posters, but because I checked the ingredients and everything is natural. I'm almost finished with the cleanse and I feel good. Now, I'm not claiming that it is a miracle product, but it really makes you more alert, energetic, refreshed - if you get what I mean.

Hope this answers your question.

I wanted to do cleansing because, believe it or not, I want to have clear skin. And like cherrypie, I've also tried fasting, but sad to say, it didn't work for me. Honestly, the only thing that worked for me is DrFloras.

The only reason why I'm still hesitant is because of the never-ending debates on whether colon cleansing is necessary or not.

I guess I still have so much to learn about this stuff.

Thanks for answering. smile

Is it bad if you have some lapses?

I also have some. Well, I take everyday but not on a very consistent schedule. I guess it's ok, it's not a drink-every-exactly-24-hours thing. Just go back to drinking the shake as usual.

That's the reason why I'm not confident to go through any program. I lose myself along the way, so most of the time, those programs don't work for me. :(

That is the most important thing, research before you venture in to something you are unsure of. There are sooo many differences of opinions. You are the only one to decide what is best for you. I have tried Dr Floras and had positive results. However, I have also started looking into the natural remedies of colon cleansing as I am recently unemployed.

Good luck with whatever you choose.

Oh, I'm sorry I wasn't able to visit this thread for a long time. Anyway, I'd like to thank you all for your responses. I just need more time to gather my power, I might not be able to have the discipline to take daily supplement such as this.
