There 's so much so-called hype about hypnosis but does it really work? Anyone here used it successfully?

Funny you should ask this question, I have just completed my first month of EVER using hypnosis and I have accomplished 2 things:

For the first time in my life I am 32 days smoke free

-I have also lost 15 pounds in the past 32 days from the hypnosis course that I did. I did hypnosis for both smoking and weight loss with 100% success, so I will tell you right now that it does work!

The important thing I must mention to you is that if you do take a course, to listen to it every single day for real results.

YES! It works for sure. But please be advised that you have to work it for it to work for you. It's not as easy as just listening to a tape and you magically lose weight. You must really do it everyday and get a full grasp of the hypnosis recording for your subconscious to consciously process the information and efficiently use it.

Yes, hypnosis really does work, if you look at any information on the net you will see that hypnosis does indeed work when you use it properly.

I have gotten rid of panic attacks by using hypnosis and I would recommend anyone to use hypnosis to cure certain ailments.

Im curious to see what other forum members think?

I second the fact that hypnosis is an effective means for healing and curing the body of so many ailments, including for myself, improved study skills, improved concentration and even increase in creativity!

I am thankful to the alpha and theta brainwave state used in the background of the hypnosis recordings. They help the hypnotist better assimilate what he's trying to program you to do.

It works guys!

My mom tried hypnosis....no results. Maybe she just didn't listen to it, I think she was more naive and thought 'hey if I listen to this tape the lbs will drop off'..which they didn't!

I can't really see how it would work, it doesn't seem like a quick fix thing.. I guess you would need to focus and all that.

Losing weight is not passive so it cant happen with hypnosis. Make concrete steps to lose weight. It requires a lot of action on your part.

I tried one CD that I got free with a book, and I can't say that it helped, but I didn't really do it every day, so I'm a faulty subject! Maybe I'll give it another try and post back. smile

Yes, there are a couple of clinical studies and research to prove the effectiveness of hypnosis, including stress & anxiety, pain management and insomnia.

It feels like you are relaxed and fresh. Hypnosis really works - it helps me to relieve stress and my migraine.

I have read on the internet that hypnosis can help suppress your appetite. But I haven’t heard about reliving stress.

I have read information about this type of healing thru the internet. This could really help obese people to suppress their appetite.
