We all know that protein is good for building healthy muscles. We must also watch our protein intake since it could damage the kidney.

I don't think that too much protein will cause kidney stones. Low potassium and electrolytes can cause damage to the kidneys ans might also cause kidney stones.

Men are most likely to have kidney stones than women. One of the causes of getting kidney stones is a diet high in protein.

High protein diet usually helps the kidney plush out toxin and maintains the kidney’s function. It’s not true that too much protein can damage neither the kidneys nor giving kidney stones.

I didn’t know that protein can really help the kidneys to function well. We can now tell that protein is a good supplement for the kidneys.

It’s better to take calcium and protein at the same time. If you lack calcium for your bone then it would replenish it by taking the supplements.

You may also consider fatty oils can also cause kidney stones. These oils are not digested inside the stomach and may cause irregularities in the body such as kidney stones and liver stones.

It’s not excessive protein that can cause kidney stones its calcium. Normally kidney disease and stone is a hereditary disease. If the kidney didn’t transports the calcium to the bones then it stack up and builds little bits of molecules that’s commonly called stones.
