After penile enlargement surgery done about years ago have any of you men suffered penis erection problems that you think are caused by surgery?

The strongest stuff I found was Caverject - The only drawback is the injection you do into the side of the penis - It sounds worse then it is - very tiny needle - 3 hr. solid rock hard on-After the injection it takes 5 minutes to come up and it will not go down at all for at least an hour depending on the amount - I satified some women completely with that stuff-After ejaculation; it stays hard - you just keep going until your too tired to go any longer! - Works great

I haven’t done any penis enlargement surgery or therapy. What I have read on the internet is that, it can cause premature ejaculation.

I think that’s not good for men injecting chemicals on their penis. These could lead to some major side effects in the future.

Yo, Man take it easy!! Penis enlargement pills seem to work for you but there are studies by the US FDA that it gives negative side effects like infertility.

A good erection is dependent on how good the blood supply is to your penis. If you have vascular problems, chances are erection will be affected. Eating healthy is a good thing. Avoiding fatty foods and cholesterol rich foods.

Erectile dysfunction is caused by the less amount of blood supply to the penis during sexual stimulation. Hence, men are not able to get the penis erection or the erection is lost in a very short span of time. In the case of man who is not suffering form the erectile dysfunction, the flow of blood increases towards penile area during a sexual act, which leads to hard and satisfactory erection. Cialis is the exclusive medication to overcome impotence (erectile dysfunction) in men.
